The second phase of the Cangzhou Park of Xuyang Group with an annual output of 300,000 tons of caprolactam expansion project was put into operation from 11:38 on September 25, to 14:34 on October 18, the reflow liquid of the oxide-chemical plant was raised to the design full load, the crystallizer feed of the ammonium sulfate plant matched the oxime load at 14:36 on October 18, and then the caprolactam finished product was fully produced at 14:37 on October 19, which lasted 24 days
.
The successful production of the second phase of the plant marks that the 300,000-ton-per-year caprolactam expansion project of Xuyang Group's Cangzhou Park, which has lasted more than two years, has entered a stable operation stage, and with the first phase of 150,000 tons/year caprolactam production capacity, Xuyang Group's Cangzhou Park has become an important coastal polyamide industrial base
with an annual production capacity of 450,000 tons/year.
Combined with the 300,000 tons/year caprolactam production capacity of Xuyang Group Dongming Park, the overall scale of Xuyang caprolactam reached 750,000 tons/year, stepping into the forefront
of the country.
