On December 22, it was reported that Xinghua North Lane first made cables into the ground, and then laid the last layer of asphalt

Construction of Xinghua North Lane began in July 2015 and was largely completed that year, leaving only the last layer of asphalt unpaved, although it did not have much impact on travel, but the manhole cover protruding above the road surface could pose a safety hazard
to pedestrians.
And, as 2016 draws to a close, the alley still shows no signs of
asphalt.
In the preliminary interview, some staff members reported that after communicating with the municipal department and the power supply department, they learned that before laying the last layer of asphalt, Xinghua North Lane would also carry out the cable entry project, and the electric poles on both sides of the road would also be removed
.
At present, the cable entry work of Xinghua North Lane has been included in the
2017 annual work plan.
After the cable problem is dealt with, the asphalt will be laid in place immediately, please understand
the nearby residents.
