The hydraulic radiator is blocked

The radiator periphery of the hydraulic system is easily blocked, which in turn causes poor heat dissipation of the hydraulic system, so it is necessary to clean the radiator of the hydraulic system regularly, and conditionally install a layer of dust net
outside the radiator.
Inside the radiator, after a long period of wear and hydraulic oil carbonization, it will also produce some solid impurities
like a water tank.
These impurities accumulate inside the radiator, and when it is serious, it will completely block
the internal pipes.
2.
Hydraulic system failure

When the oil temperature of the hydraulic system of the excavator is high, the back pressure valve and the bypass valve should be monitored for failure, if the bypass valve is in the normally open state, or the back pressure valve is in a closed state, the hydraulic oil does not flow directly back to the hydraulic oil tank through the cooling of the hydraulic oil radiator, which will cause the hydraulic oil temperature to be too high
.

The choice of hydraulic oil type is unreasonable
.
Hydraulic oil with suitable viscosity can reduce friction loss, and hydraulic oil with slightly higher viscosity should be selected in summer to reduce internal leakage
.
In winter, hydraulic oil with slightly lower viscosity should be used to reduce pressure loss
.
4.
The driver operates improperly
.
If the driver maneuveres the excavator too violently and incoherently, it will cause the hydraulic system to be too hot
.
In the hydraulic system, the oil circuit and components work under high pressure for a long time, in addition to the power loss of the pump, motor, relief valve and pipeline system, the power loss of the balance valve, buffer valve, single throttle valve and so on is also very large, which will also cause high temperature
of hydraulic oil.
