This syringe filling machine is compatible
with RAB or isolator housings.

So how does it work? 1.
Tray transfer Trays loaded with empty syringes are usually manually placed into the tray holder

according to the different dimensions of the syringe.

between filling and filling needles.
3.
Rubber plug feeding The feeding and sequencing of rubber plugs
is realized by a feeding tray with a diameter of 300mm.
Then, by forming a plurality of linear feeding mechanisms, the rubber plug completes the entire feeding function

Installation of rubber stoppers The installation of rubber plugs is based on the principle

by a height adjuster.
