The Guiyang Municipal Market Supervision Administration's announcement on the punishment of the case of Herentang Pharmaceutical Co.

After discussion, it was decided to extract Phellodendron chinense according to the extraction process of Kangfuling capsule Chinese medicinal materials and store it in the buffer room of the logistics channel of the Herentang capsule production workshop.

In the process of using the capsule production line to produce Kangfuling capsules, Herentang inspects the first batch of intermediate products using the same batch of raw cork.

After investigation, from May 2018 to January 2019, a total of 36 batches of Kangfuling capsules were supplemented with cork dry ointment powder in violation of regulations (33 batches of finished products and 3 batches of closed finished products)

The company illegally joined the 33 batches of Kangfuling capsules produced by the dry extract powder of Phellodendron chinense, a total of 1532030 boxes, of which 15 boxes were sampled by the former Guizhou Food and Drug Administration, and 135 boxes were used by employees; the remaining 1531880 boxes have been sold

In view of the fact that Herentang Pharmaceuticals violated the law for the first time and voluntarily recalled the batch of products involved, and has not received any new adverse reaction report of the batch of products involved, it complies with Article 32, Paragraph 1, Article 32 of the Administrative Punishment Law of the People’s Republic of China.
