In the past few days, the Sinopec News Network has shown that the welding of the three piping systems of the second phase of the Guangdong Juzhengyuan project undertaken by the Tenth Construction Company of the Refining and Chemical Engineering Group has been in full swing, laying a solid foundation for the delivery of the project on schedule.
It is reported that the three major pipeline systems of the Guangdong Juzhengyuan Project are the most critical parts of the propane dehydrogenation reaction unit, including the material system pipeline, the regeneration air pipeline and the vacuum pipeline, and the total pipe welding is more than 30,000 inches in diameter.
Before welding, the project department prepares the construction plan, and the construction team carefully checks the one-line diagram and the floor plan during the prefabrication construction, and conducts actual measurement of important parts to ensure that the installation is accurate.
As of April 21, all employees participating in the project have completed 1366-inch welding with the momentum of "starting to work", with a welding pass rate of 99.
