The "Development Status of China's Recycled Plastics Industry in 2019" released by the conference shows that this year, domestic and foreign petrochemical giants including Sinopec, SABIC and other domestic and foreign petrochemical giants have paid unprecedented attention to this technology, and have begun to develop waste plastic pyrolysis and oilification technology and large production capaci.
According to reports, the oil production rate of the new technology of waste plastic cracking and oiling can be as high as 80%, and the solid waste can be treated harmlessly, and the whole process does not produce dioxins and no secondary polluti.
With the development of garbage classification in China, waste plastics, as one of the main components of the huge amount of garbage, will provide a huge number of processing sources for the domestic recycled plastics industry after classification and recycli.

Zhou Hongchun, a researcher at the Development Research Center of the State Council, suggested that the core should be "eating dry and squeezing everything, making the best use of it, and improving resource efficiency and benefit.
Zhang Zhemin, a researcher at the Research Management Office of Sinopec Petrochemical Research Institute, said that Sinopec has comprehensively carried out research on waste plastic pretreatment and plastic oil post-processing technology, and will cooperate with professional waste plastic recycling enterprises to complete waste plastic recycling and oil producti.
