Caprolactam in Baling Petrochemical City will be relocated as a whole

With the rapid development of Yueyang's central city, the caprolactam industrial chain of Baling Petrochemical City is integrated with the city, and a large number of flammable, explosive, toxic and hazardous materials are stored in the production plant area, which poses a greater safety and environmental protection hazard.
According to relevant regulations and policy requirements, in order to meet the needs of Yueyang's urban development, and to realize the technological upgrade of the caprolactam industry chain and help Baling Petrochemical to turn losses out of difficulties, it was decided to relocate the urban caprolactam to Yueyang Green Chemical Industrial Park.

Hengshen acquired Fubonte to become the largest caprolactam production group with the most complete industrial chain

On the morning of October 30th, Dutch time, the equity delivery ceremony between Hengshen Holding Group (hereinafter referred to as "Hengshen") and Fubonte Holdings (hereinafter referred to as "Faponte") was successfully held in Maastricht, the Netherlands.
After this transaction, Hengshen owns all the shares of Fubonte’s caprolactam factory in the Netherlands (Fobangte Co.

) and a 60% equity interest in Fubonte’s Nanjing caprolactam factory in China (Nanjing Fubang Dongfang Chemical Co.
, Ltd.
).
A global-scale* caprolactam production group, and is the first to open up a complete industrial chain of 8 upstream and downstream links.

In this transaction, Hengshen acquired 280,000 tons of caprolactam production equipment at Fubonte’s original DSM Europe plant, 320,000 tons of phenol-cyclohexanone production equipment, and Fubont’s 400,000 tons caprolactam production equipment at Nanjing plant.
Acquired core technologies and intellectual property rights such as caprolactam production technology, phenol cyclohexanone production technology, and ammonium sulfate large particle production technology.
