According to the official information of the SouthFood Safety Bureau: The training course was explained by the teachers of the Vietnam National Institute of Food Safety and Inspection, and discussed with the participants about the cause investigation and determination methods of food poisoning and food-borne diseases ; according to The Ministry of Health of Vietnam and D.
13, 2006 promulgated Decision 39/2006/QD-BYT "Procedures for Investigation of Poisoning"; Methods of Sampling, Preservation and Transport of Samples in Food Poisoning Investigatio.
During the training process, the college and the teachers actively communicated, and the college also raised relevant questions about the training content for the training teachers to answe.
