    In the first 11 months of 2021, Vietnam’s aquatic product exports to Russia reached nearly US$150 million, a year-on-year increase of 27%, according to Vietnam’s Commerce and Industry Daily on January 11 .
    Under the preferential tariff of VN-EAEUFTA, Vietnamese aquatic products are becoming more and more competitive in the Russian market .
    However, exports to Russia account for less than 2% of Vietnam’s total seafood exports .
     
    VASEP Deputy Secretary-General Su Thi Chang Lan said that five years after the implementation of VN-EAEUFTA, Russia is the most interesting market for Vietnamese companies.
