NDO – After nearly two years of research, researchers at the Practical Experiment Center of Ho Chi Minh City University of Food Technology have successfully produced instant noodle products with dragon fruit ingredients, according to the Vietnam News Agency .

This is also the first dragon fruit instant noodle product in Vietnam manufactured with nanotechnology, which helps to maintain the color of the product and limit the deterioration of bioactive ingredients, thus maximizing the preservation of the beneficial ingredients of dragon fruit in instant noodle products

The dragon fruit instant noodle product is the result of the cooperation between Ho Chi Minh City University of Food Technology and Saigon Institute of Economics and Technology, Binh Thuan Dragon Fruit Co.
