Lead: Chicago, Dec 12: the U.S share in the world soybean market has declined despite a record U.S soybean export forecast for 2001 / 02, according to a report released Wednesday by the U.S Department of agriculture's Overseas Agricultural Bureau U.S soybean exports are expected to reach a record 27.2 million tons in 2001 / 02, partly due to increased world demand and increased U.S soybean production However, the share of U.S soybean exports in the world has continued to decline Since 1999 / 00, the share of U.S soybean exports in the world market has decreased from 57% to 46%.
