    According to this conclusion, the anti-dumping duties of Vietnamese enterprises have dropped significantly, from 410.
    93% to 413.
    99% in the preliminary conclusion to 58.
    74% to 61.

    During the investigation of the case, Vietnam's Ministry of Industry and Trade, in coordination with other ministries and commissions, made comments to the U.
