Unlicensed pharmacist, pharmacy fined 50,000 yuan
At the “March 15” Consumer Rights Protection Public Welfare Gala in Yinchuan City in 2021, the Yinchuan City Market Bureau announced the top ten typical cases of administrative penalties for consumer rights protection in 2020.
It is understood that pharmacists who are legally qualified in the pharmaceutical business field refer to licensed pharmacists, and other pharmacy technicians who are legally qualified include the series of health (pharmaceutical) titles (including pharmacist, pharmacist, chief pharmacist, deputy chief pharmacist, and chief pharmacist) , Practitioner pharmacist, etc.
Another way of thinking is that this pharmacy was fined 50,000 yuan, precisely because it was not equipped with a licensed pharmacist, but was punished because it was equipped with an unqualified pharmacist to engage in business activities.
Pharmacies that do not have licensed pharmacists, focus on cracking down
On the evening of March 15, 2019, China Central Radio and Television Station exposed the issue of "certification" of licensed pharmacists in some pharmaceutical retail companies in Chongqing and the sale of prescription drugs without prescriptions.
To this day, the "certification" rectification of licensed pharmacists is still the focus.
The notice clarified that for drug retail companies that do not comply with the regulations and do not make rectifications in place, they should be investigated and dealt with in accordance with the law, and administrative measures such as suspension of prescription drug sales should be taken.
The author noticed that recently, the 2021 drug supervision work announced by many provinces also talked about the rectification of "certified" licensed pharmacists.
On March 2, the inspection focus of Shanxi Province's "Notice on Printing and Distributing the Provincial Drug Circulation Supervision and Inspection Work Plan in 2021" also talked about the investigation of illegal behaviors such as non-compliance in the sales of prescription drugs and "certification" of licensed pharmacists.
On February 23, Anhui Province’s "Province Drug and Medical Device Circulation Risk Prevention and Control Supervision and Inspection Plan for 2021" stated that it focused on "linked tickets", untrue computer system data, illegal channel purchases, illegal sales of prescription drugs, and practice.
