On December 2, United PV announced that it will acquire two photovoltaic power plant projects with a total installed capacity of about 20 MW, with a total amount of no more than 356 million yuan, which will be allocated
with internal resources and external financing.

It is reported that the two photovoltaic power plants are from Wujiaqu City, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and Tangshan City, Hebei Province, respectively, and are expected to be connected to the grid and put into operation
at the end of this month and the first quarter of next year, respectively.
