On August 23, TÜV Rheinland Greater China announced that it will work with the British Building Research Institute (BRE) China to release a net-zero carbon park evaluation system
It is reported that the net-zero carbon park evaluation system jointly released by TUV and BRE aims to achieve solutions that maximize the value of the system through multi-stakeholder cooperation, and coordinate actions to reduce carbon emissions, thereby improving economic, environmental, social and energy system
The evaluation system is based on the net zero carbon standard formulated by BRE, the China Greenhouse Gas Emission Verification Guidelines, and the TUV Rheinland China-mark certification system
TUV said that from the launch of the net zero carbon building evaluation system during the 2021 CIIE, to the successful conclusion of the first batch of net zero carbon building evaluation pioneer projects and the official release of the net zero carbon building evaluation standard in July this year, to the net zero carbon building evaluation standard With the release of the park evaluation system, TUV and BRE continue to leverage their respective technological advantages in the construction field, help the construction industry and parks to reduce emissions and decarbonize with professional solutions, and contribute to the realization of the dual-carbon goal of various industrial parks in China
