Project construction background
Shandong Tianmao New Material Technology Co.
, Ltd.
("Jinan Tianmao") was established in 2007 in Jibei Development Zone, Jiyang District.
It is one of the earliest epoxy resin manufacturers in Shandong Province.
Jinan Tianmao’s main business is the production and sales of E-44 and E-51 liquid epoxy resins, with a production capacity of 5,000 tons per year.
The products are mainly used in electronics, electrical appliances, insulating materials, adhesives, anti-corrosion coatings, and composite materials.
Jinan Tianmao has built a bisphenol A epoxy resin production line with an annual output of 5,000 tons.
The actual production scale in 2020 is about 3,000 tons.
The technological transformation project will carry out technological transformation of environmental protection facilities on the basis of the original production scale of 5000t/a bisphenol A epoxy resin.
Without increasing production capacity or changing the original process, the comprehensive environmental protection project will be carried out: adding epoxy The chloropropane cutting water distillation process reduces the organic load of wastewater, and at the same time recovers the epichlorohydrin in the wastewater for production; the new aging resin extraction process reduces the generation of hazardous waste aging resin, the reduction rate is about 58%, and it can Extract and recover part of the crude product.

Main content of project construction
(1) Transfer the two finished cans and packaging procedures in the production workshop to the adjacent packaging workshop (the west side of the production workshop);
(2) Add an aging resin treatment kettle with a capacity of 40m³ in the production workshop to extract the epoxy resin in the aging resin with a solvent to reduce the amount of hazardous waste and further increase the yield of the finished product;
(3) Add a 30m³ epichlorohydrin wastewater rectification recovery kettle in the production workshop to rectify and recover the epichlorohydrin in the wastewater to reduce the organic load in the wastewater;
(4) Add a 45m³ finished product temporary storage vessel in the production workshop to meet the market demand for tanker transportation;
(5) Renovation of waste gas treatment facilities: the waste gas treatment facilities in the production workshop were transformed from single-stage activated carbon adsorption to two-stage activated carbon adsorption; waste gas treatment facilities in sewage treatment stations were transformed from single UV photocatalytic oxidation to UV photocatalytic oxidation + activated carbon adsorption;
(6) Newly build a finished product warehouse in the reserved land of the factory area (the west side of the office building).

Aging resin treatment process
