A few days ago, three Coperion automatic and intelligent engineering plastic modification production lines of Nanjing Julong Technology Co.
The ZSK70 Mc18 twin-screw extruder assembled by Coperion Nanjing played a key role in the operation of the intelligent blending and modification production line of Nanjing Julong Technology Co.
The key core components of the production line are independently developed and manufactured by Coperion, including three ZSK 70 Mc18 twin-screw extruders assembled in Coperion Nanjing, strand pelletizers from Coperion Pelletizing Technology Warehouse cleaning system and DCS central control system
According to reports, each intelligent blending and modification production line is equipped with a ZSK 70 Mc18 twin-screw extruder with a screw diameter of 70 mm and a specific torque of 18 Nm/cm³, so as to meet the high torque requirements for the production of PP and PA.
The extruder is assembled at Coperion's factory in Nanjing, China, helping Julong to save on freight and tariffs, significantly shorten delivery times, and provide quick response to after-sales service
In addition, all three lines are equipped with Coperion's SP 320 treasure strand pelletizer
The SP 320 treasure strand pelletizer is ideal for pelletizing highly abrasive materials
At the same time, the DCS central control system provided by Coperion and the MES manufacturing execution system of Julong carried out signal exchange and data interaction, thus realizing the fully automated process of Julong from order processing to manufacturing, which significantly improved the efficiency of the entire production process.
In addition, the engineering project teams of Coperion Shanghai, Coperion Nanjing and Julong jointly planned, designed and developed the process and process of each link of the entire factory, from layout to adjustment, to realize production line automation, thereby improving factory efficiency
