    news March 17 news: In order to ensure national food security , the Russian government has recently issued a number of decrees to impose temporary bans on the export of various products.
    The reference information is as follows:
     

    (1) From March 15 to August 31, 2022, the export of white sugar (TN VED code: 170199100) and sucrose (TN VED code: 170113 and 170114) is temporarily prohibited;
     

    (2) From March 15 to June 30, 2022, the export of wheat and Meslin (a mixture of wheat and rye, usually in a ratio of 2 to 1) (TN VED code: 1001), rye (TN VED code), is temporarily prohibited from exporting : 1002), oats (TN VED code: 1003) and maize (TN VED code: 1005)

    The Russian government also stated that the above-mentioned products under the conditions of providing international humanitarian assistance and transshipment in Russia are not subject to the above-mentioned decree
