In order to effectively implement the three-year action of the State Council, the Ministry of Emergency Management, the Tianjin Municipal Party Committee and the Tianjin Municipal Government to consolidate the three-year special rectification of hazardous chemical safety and the results of the centralized management of hazardous chemical safety risks, further strengthen the winter safety production work of chemical, hazardous chemical and pharmaceutical enterprises, and curb hazardous chemical production safety accidents, after research, it has decided to carry out the winter safety production special rectification work in the whole city from November 15 to March 15, 2023

According to reports, the plan clarifies the scope of remediation of
all chemical, hazardous chemical and pharmaceutical enterprises in Tianjin.
To clarify the time node and work arrangement, first of all, it is required to mobilize and deploy and enterprise self-inspection from November 15 to November 30.
All districts are required to quickly mobilize and deploy, urge enterprises to carry out self-inspection and self-correction in accordance with the requirements of the plan, seriously carry out hidden danger investigation and management, and eliminate potential safety hazards
