Change from "single fight alone" to "group work together"

In order to further improve the efficiency of safety management, the center insists on building a safety and environmental protection management pattern with full participation, and adjusts the safety responsibilities of agency personnel.

Through detailed responsibilities interface, clarify safety responsibilities, insist that whether it is an agency or a production line, whether it is an administrative or political cadre, whether it is a front-line production position or a logistics position, the implementation of job safety responsibilities is the top priority, and everyone is responsible.
