Check the appearance of the shaker

After the inspection of the screws and other aspects of the mechanical part is completed, it is necessary to install the sealing plates on all sides of the shaker in the same way as the factory

Before debugging, it is necessary to flatten the shaker with our supporting feet.
Except for the small desktop shaker, all vertical and horizontal shakers are equipped with rollers for the convenience of transportation, because the shaker is running.
It will shake in the middle, so it is not possible to have the roller touch the ground like this.
We need to use our matching three-high and one-low feet to lift the mattress.
The lower foot is installed on the right front of the shaker.
There is an adjustment screw here.
After all the feet are padded, remove the front and lower sealing plate and use a wrench to turn this screw to adjust the height until the mattress is flat and the body does not shake, and then seal the sealing plate
.
In addition, in the process of use, the user should operate the shaker strictly in accordance with the product instructions to ensure the stability of its operation.

The power supply should have a grounding device to avoid accidents.
When we are doing preparatory work or accessing the test product, the power supply should be turned off

The equipment cannot be used in an environment with flammable gas.
If the leakage of flammable gas is found, do not unplug the power plug and turn off the thermostat or light switch, otherwise it will generate sparks and cause fire
.
3.
The placement of the objects in the box should not affect the air circulation, and the temperature in the box will be uniform in the future
.
4.
The shaker should be placed on a firm, dry, well-ventilated ground or on a workbench
.
5.
After each use, the inner and outer surfaces of the instrument must be cleaned and kept clean.
It is forbidden to use acid chemical thinners, gasoline and other items to clean
