240,000 tons/year ethylene glycol project 1# production line has been put into trial operation recently and produced ethylene glycol products, marking the ethylene glycol series The device process is all through.
At present, the rectification unit of the 1# production line has produced polyester-grade products with a light transmittance of more than 96% at 275nm, and the operation is stable.
It is expected to achieve full-load production in July.
Inner Mongolia Elcometer is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Hong Kong and China Gas Group.
Its 240,000 tons/year ethylene glycol plant is the world’s first methanol plant to transform ethylene glycol production equipment.
It is located in Dalu Industrial Park, Zhungeer Banner, Ordos City, Inner Mongolia .
The project is designed by Hualu Engineering Technology Co.
