    United Nations, Oct.
29 (Russian Satellite News Agency) -- In a commentary, UN Secretary-General spokesman Dujaric said the UN calls on all parties to do their utmost to extend the Black Sea Food Initiative and remove remaining obstacles
to the export of Russian grain and fertilizers.

"We call on all parties to make every effort to revive the Black Sea Food Initiative and to implement as fully as possible the two agreements (on the export of Ukrainian grain through the Black Sea and on the export of Russian grain and fertilizers), including removing any remaining obstacles to
the export of Russian grain and fertilizers as soon as possible," Dujaric said.

On 22 July, two interrelated documents were signed in Istanbul to address the supply of food and fertilizers to the
    global market.
The two documents are a whole
    .
The first is a memorandum obliging the United Nations to lift restrictions
on the export of Russian agricultural products and fertilizers to world markets.
The second document lays down the steps for
the export of Ukrainian agricultural products from Black Sea ports under its control.
But Moscow said the deal did not work
    on Russian exports.
