Renal cell carcinoma is a malignant tumor arising from the renal tubular epithelium, of which clear cell renal cell carcinoma is the most common pathological subty.
Vascular endothelial cell growth factor (VEGF) family currently mainly includes VEGFA , VEGFB , VEGFC , VEGFD and placental growth factor, among which VEGFA is the most potent angiogenesis factor in inducing tumor angiogenes.
In order to answer these scientific questions, the researchers first confirmed that DMDRMR significantly promoted the angiogenesis ability of endothelial cells through in vitro endothelial cell angiogenesis and in vivo Matrigel plug angiogenesis experimen.
In addition, the study also analyzed multiple clinical cohorts from different sources by statistical methods such as chi-square test, Spearman correlation and Kaplan-Meier survival analysis, and found that the expression levels of miR-378a-5p and DAB2IP in patients with renal clear cell carcinoma It was significantly down-regulated and positively correlated, while DMDRMR was negatively correlated with the t.
In conclusion, this study newly identified a new regulatory mechanism of angiogenesis and resistance to anti-vascular drugs in renal clear cell carcinoma, and provided a considerable guiding strategy for the treatment of this tum.
It is reported that the tumor biomarker laboratory of Suzhou Institute of Medical Technology has achieved a series of achievements in the identification of tumor biomarkers, and has published a number of research results in international authoritative journals, including PNAS ( 2 articles), Science Advances , Cancer Research ( 2 articles ) )e.
