The total score of 70 or more can be recognized! Henan Province issued the construction standards and certification management measures for chemical parks

On November 7, seven departments, including the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Henan Province, the Development and Reform Commission, the Department of Natural Resources, the Department of Ecology and Environment, the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Department of Transportation, and the Department of Emergency Management, jointly issued the Administrative Measures for the Construction Standards and Identification of Chemical Parks in Henan Province (Trial) (hereinafter referred to as the Measures).

According to the Measures, only parks with a total score of 70 or more in the provincial audit can be recognized as chemical parks

Parks with a total score of 70 points or less shall be rectified within a time limit, and the rectification period shall not exceed 1 year in principle, and no new chemical projects shall be built, renovated or expanded during the rectification period (except for safety, environmental protection, energy conservation and intelligent transformation projects).

After the rectification is completed, it is necessary to reapply for provincial certification

The Measures also stipulate that the park shall not be approved under the following circumstances: the establishment of the park and the overall plan are not approved in accordance with the provisions (the overall planning approval before the implementation of these Measures is regarded as the establishment approval), the environmental impact assessment and water resources demonstration of the park planning have not been reviewed and approved, the industrial plan has not been approved by the demonstration, and the park has not been identified as having a higher safety risk level

in two batches.
Among them, there are 19 chemical industry agglomeration areas, 8 professional chemical parks, 10 chemical parks, and 10 chemical characteristic industrial
parks.
