The Fujian Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission website reported on August 27 that the Fujian Provincial Energy and Petrochemical Group Cadre Conference was held on the afternoon of August 25 and announced the appointment of the newly formed Fujian Provincial Energy and Petrochemical Group leadership team

After the reorganization, Fujian Energy Group and Fujian Petrochemical Group were incorporated into Fujian Energy and Petrochemical Group, with total assets of 140.

According to the research and decision of the Fujian Provincial Party Committee, Xie Rongxing was appointed Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman (legal representative) of Fujian Energy and Petrochemical Group Co.
