In response to the new round of "National Dairy Cattle Genetic Improvement Plan", Liu Chousheng, director of the livestock and poultry seed industry guidance department of the National Animal Husbandry Station, said that in the future, the alliance should give full play to its technological advantages and resource advantages, actively carry out key bottleneck technologies, and strengthen technological innovation leadership.

At present, various regions have introduced plans to promote the development of the seed industry

Ma Zhu, chairman of the Dairy Cattle Breeding Independent Innovation Alliance, said that in the next step, the alliance will work with relevant institutions to jointly tackle key problems in breeding innovation and accelerate the substantiation of the alliance

It is understood that the Independent Innovation Alliance for Dairy Breeding (IILDB) was established in June 2016 and was selected as the benchmark alliance of the National Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation Alliance of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs in 2020, focusing on the key shortcomings of dairy cattle breeding and implementing joint research
