On January 13, the team of Professor Ping Jianfeng and Ying Yibin (IBE) from the School of Biosystems Engineering and Food Science, Zhejiang University, together with the Beijing Institute of Nano-Energy and Systems, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the Georgia Institute of Technology in the United States collaborated in the Nature sub-journal (Nature Food).
