Recently, the successful one-time power transmission of the 220 kV onshore power substation (Haiguo Station) of CNOOC's Bozhong-Kenli Oilfield Group Shore Power Application Project marks the key progress
of CNOOC's Bohai Oilfield Shore Power Application Project in Shandong.

CNOOC's Bohai oilfield shore power application project is distributed in three regions
    : Hebei, Shandong and Liaoning.
Among them, the Shandong regional project is the Bozhong-Kenli oilfield group shore power application project, which is the first phase of
the project with the widest oilfield coverage, the largest engineering volume and the largest electricity load in China's offshore shore power application project.
The project will build one 220 kV onshore substation, and transmit the onshore high-voltage power to three 220 kV offshore power platforms through five 220 kV high-voltage AC submarine cables of more than 240 kilometers, providing green shore power
for each production and production platform in the oilfield group.

Haiguo Station is responsible for the "central core" of power grid information collection and processing of shore power application projects, which is responsible for data collection, remote monitoring, fault diagnosis, remote control, remote maintenance and remote dispatch of Bozhong 34-1, Bozhong 35-2, Bozhong 19-6 and Kenli 10-1 offshore power power platforms, ensuring the safe use of electricity
    on 26 offshore production platforms.

After the shore power project is put into operation, it is expected to reduce natural gas consumption by 1.
5 billion cubic meters in peak years, save nearly 650,000 tons of equivalent standard coal per year, and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 1 million tons, which is of great significance
to promote the green development of offshore oil and gas fields and help achieve China's "dual carbon" goal.

At present, the Bozhong 34-1 and Bozhong 35-2 shore power blocks have completed offshore installation
    .
In the next step, on the basis of learning from the experience of the shore power demonstration project, the project team will promote the offshore installation and joint sea-land commissioning of the shore power application project of the Bozhong-Kenli oilfield group, and make every effort to ensure the shore power entering the sea
    .
