Recently, Shanxi Province, Hainan Province and Hubei Province have successively issued documents stating that they will formally introduce VOCs emission fees on a trial basis, becoming the twelfth, thirteenth, and fourteenth provincial-level regions (including municipalities directly under the Central Government) that have introduced VOCs emission fees for pilot industries.
