Based on the new stage of development, implementing the new development concept and integrating into the new development pattern, Helan County takes promoting high-quality development as the theme, taking the construction of a national comprehensive pilot zone for the open development of the grape and wine industry as the starting point, and focusing on building a high-quality grape base with high standards, accelerating the construction of major projects with high efficiency, and promoting the integrated development of the entire industrial chain with high quality, so as to effectively enhance the core competitiveness
of the wine industry in Helan County.

At the same time, Helan County fully taps the cultural, regional and resource advantages of the production area, highlights high-end, green, intelligent and integrated, improves the supporting infrastructure of the production area, integrates the wine industry with tourism, and promotes the development of

The Turandot Wine Town project is the "No.

The plan takes Turandot Wine Town as the core, connects Jinshan Boutique Winery and 21,000 mu of vineyards, integrates into the construction of Helan Wine Town as a whole, improves the corresponding roads, water conservancy, power supply and other supporting infrastructure of the town, creates a new format of "wine +", and focuses on building a Helan Jinshan Wine Town
that integrates elements of viewing, leisure, food, accommodation and experience.

Strive for a special fund of 500,000 yuan for the brand building of the wine industry, and support the members of the association in the jurisdiction to participate in the sugar and wine fair, the Chinese wine exhibition, the tasting and promotion of the Jinshan production area in the eastern foothills of Helan Mountain, and the

Drawing on the experience of the first "Cloud Jinshan New Wine Festival" successfully held in 2021, this year we have continued to make efforts to organize city tours with high standards, and have successfully held precise exchange and promotion conferences in Dalian and Qingdao, striving to increase wine sales by more than
