Article 1 This list is formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Waste

Article 7 This list will be adjusted dynamically based on actual conditions

Article 8 This list will come into effect on January 1, 2021

The "National Directory of Hazardous Wastes" (Order No.
39 of the Ministry of Environmental Protection) issued by the former Ministry of Environmental Protection, National Development and Reform Commission, and Ministry of Public Security shall be repealed simultaneously
