On July 29, the US "Chemical and Engineering News" (C&EN) released the latest list of the top 50 global chemical compani.

Five Chinese chemical companies entered the top 50 in the world, an increase of one over the previous ye.

There are five new chemical companies on the list this ye.

The list shows that the global chemical market grew strongly in 2018, but is currently showing signs of slowing do.

However, the earnings of the top 50 chemical companies in the world did not increase much, suggesting that the market may be running out of ste.

Topping the Global 50 this year is a new company, DowDuPont, the result of the 2017 merger of Dow Chemical and DuPont, which ended BASF's 12-year reign as the world's largest chemical company, but only Tempora.
