On November 20, the newly built 4 million ton/year hydrocracking unit of Zhenhai Refinery, which was contracted and constructed by Guangzhou (Luoyang) Engineering Co.

The unit is currently the largest single-series hydrocracking unit in China.

The main equipment of the unit has been localized, the heavy-duty hydrogenation reactor has been reduced in weight, and the construction technology has reached the international advanced level

●The high-efficiency winding tube heat exchanger with overlapping arrangement saves the layout space and reduces the number of high-pressure pipes and valves

● The adopted integrated circulating hydrogen desulfurization process and engineering patent technology saves the large-diameter external circulating hydrogen pipeline and greatly reduces the investment in equipment pipelines

● Adopting digital design, the ground pipe construction has achieved zero design changes
