This subject uses the unreacted calcium hydroxide in the desulfurization slag of the carbon dioxide in the coke gas of Panzhihua Iron and Steel to produce calcium carbonate, and the calcium slurry is returned to the desulfurization device for reuse.
Since the implementation of the project, Nanjing Engineering Company has carried out the feasibility study of the flue gas carbon dioxide mineralization semi-dry desulfurization slag, carried out the process design and key equipment design of the 10,000-ton carbon dioxide mineralization desulfurization slag, guided the construction and commissioning of the industrial verification device, and based on the test As a result, energy consumption, carbon emission reduction, and technical and economic evaluations are carried out.
Appraisal by the expert group, the technology has reached the world's advanced level, and it is recommended to promote it in the desulfurization slag industry such as iron and steel as soon as possible.
