On November 25, two degassing tanks for the 800,000-ton/year full-density polyethylene unit of the Guangdong Petrochemical Refining and Chemical Integration Project in Jieyang Binhai were successfully placed, marking the sprinting stage of the large-scale hoisting work of the unit

The product degassing bin of the full density polyethylene device is the key equipment for degassing the polyethylene resin powder inside it, and after reaching a safe and stable state, the resin powder is transported to the granulation system.

The ultra-high equipment height and the narrow installation site are the biggest problems faced by this hoisting

Before the hoisting, the personnel of the second chemical production department, the engineering management department and the participating units worked without sleep for three days and three nights to clear the barriers without interruption, so that the degassing tank could smoothly enter the preparatory position in advance
