For the first time, the Regeneration Roadmap database realizes the collection and integration of different levels of omics data related to multi-species regeneration
The Regeneration Roadmap database is composed of Institute of Zoology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Stem Cell and Regenerative Medicine Science Data Center, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Stem Cell and Regenerative Medicine Innovation Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing Institute of Stem Cell and Regenerative Medicine, Beijing Institute of Genomics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (National Center for Bioinformatics), The National Geriatric Disease Clinical Research Center of Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University and other institutions cooperated to complete the project
