The present invention relates to a molecular marker, kit and method for distinguishing the sex of the triangular bream, develops a male-specific molecular marker of the triangular bream, designs primers for HLJFLf3 and HLJFLr3, through genomic DNA extraction, PCR amplification, electrophoresis detection, only 582bp bands
appear in male samples 。 The present invention provides sex-specific molecular markers and sex identification methods for triangular bream, which can determine the individual sex in the early development stage of triangular bream, and then control the sex of the replacement broodstock population, reduce the cost of breeding and maintenance, and also lay a foundation
for studying the association between the sex of triangular bream and commercial traits such as growth.
