Recently, the Yangtze River Fishery Ecological Environment Monitoring and Restoration Innovation Team of the Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences, led by Researcher Chen Parent of Freshwater Fisheries Research Center and Researcher Meng Shunlong, published an academic paper on input supervision and aquatic product safety assessment in the Journal of Cleaner Production (JCR1 Area, Impact Factor 11.

" emerging green chemical potassium ferrate in aquaculture environments in China: a probabilistic statistical approach”
。
Input supervision is an important measure
to ensure the quality and safety of aquaculture products in China and promote the green and high-quality development of fisheries.
Potassium perferrate is still used in aquaculture at unknown dosages and at unclear risks
.
Based on the classical risk assessment theory combined with multivariate statistics, the research team developed a probabilistic risk assessment method for the first time and successfully quantified the risk range of
potassium methylenegrate used in the country.
On this basis, the national aquaculture biosafety assessment database was further constructed, the applicability of the sensitivity distribution model of various species was comprehensively assessed, and the baseline safe concentration value
of potassium perferrate used in the breeding process of aquatic products in China was finally determined.
This study provides an example for assessing the risk assessment of the use of aquatic inputs in China, and strengthens the scientific standardization of the supervision of aquatic inputs
