Jianghan Oilfield Qinghe Oil Production Plant manages the existing 38 employees of the first oil production team, including 27 female workers.

Since the beginning of this year, the team has successively adopted measures such as replacing pipelines, saving more than 500,000 yuan in cost and expenses, and all economic and technical indicators have reached or exceeded Sinopec's standards.

The team actively builds a technical learning exchange platform for female workers, such as the Youhua Learning Garden, the military training competition platform, and the technical learning ledger, and uses the company-developed communication software to discuss and research the problems encountered by the female workers at any time, and promote the improvement of the female workers' professional skills.

In recent years, the team has trained 2 female senior technicians, 3 technicians, and 18 senior workers.
