China Petrochemical News Network reported on March 25, Jianghan Oilfield Fuling Shale Gas Company organized relevant units and technical personnel, after 7 hours of continuous fighting, successfully completed the first pigging operation of the gas field DN300 gas gathering trunk line, and a total of 36 cubic meters of pipeline effusion was removed.
The DN300 gas gathering trunk line of the Fuling shale gas field is one of the four gas gathering trunk lines in the gas field.
For this reason, the Fuling Shale Gas Company conducted pipeline surveys in advance, elaborated construction plans, and anticipated the risks in advance and formulated emergency response measures for possible pipeline blockage, gas blow-by, mud and dirt blockages and other hidden dangers that may occur during the operation.
In the pigging operation, the working groups cooperate closely, the production control center video monitoring and the on-site staff exchange information in a timely manner, through the data changes of the pressure gauge, the ball indicator, the separator liquid level, etc.
Since the beginning of this year, the Fuling shale gas field has completed two pigging operations, clearing a total of 147 cubic meters of pipeline effusion, and the overall pipeline pressure difference has dropped significantly, which has better released production capacity, effectively extended the pipeline service life, and helped the gas field.
