Recently, the smart microgrid construction project of Beijing new energy industry base was put into operation
in Yanqing Badaling Economic Development Zone.
This is the first government-funded new energy microgrid demonstration project in China, and its technology has reached the international advanced level

In the future, this demonstration project is expected to be replicated
throughout Yanqing.

The new energy microgrid demonstration project refers to the electronic distribution system connected to the distributed power source, which can operate independently after being separated from the main power grid to maintain the power supply of all or part of the important power
equipment.
Microgrid can integrate modern information technology, new energy technology, distributed generation technology and many other technologies, solve the problems of distributed energy access security and stability of traditional power grids, long-distance transmission losses and environmental problems caused by fossil energy, and is an important part of
smart grids.

Yanqing has a number of new energy power generation projects such as wind power generation, solar power generation, and biogas power generation, and in the past, these power resources could not complement each other, and they could not be stored at peak power generation and used at low valleys, nor could they be transmitted
