Sinopec News Network reported on August 31, the first directional drilling of the Longtan River directional drill of the Northeast Anhui Natural Gas Pipeline Project undertaken by the Petroleum Engineering Construction Company Henan Oil Construction Company was successfully started, marking the official start of the construction of the directional drilling of the project.

It is understood that the Northeast Anhui Natural Gas Pipeline Project is a key project of Sinopec and an important part of the gas development strategy.

As the first directional drill to be drilled on the entire Northeast Anhui natural gas pipeline project, it is also a model demonstration project for the entire project.

In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the standardized model project, Gudeng GS-5000L drilling rig with a maximum push-pull force up to 600T was selected to undertake this crossing construction task, equipped with a manipulator, which can automatically complete the loading and unloading of the drill pipe action; strictly according to the standardized operation process for control and inspection , Acceptance; Strict safety and quality control, carefully sort out and analyze the status quo of standardization construction, clarify the focus of work, and ensure the improvement of process data such as guidance, reaming, and mud ratio; set up remote video monitoring and network with the owner’s project department.
