2) Stipulate the raw material requirements for chocolate products, such as the use of vegetable fat is not allowed in principle, and the use of animal fats other than milk fat is not allowed, but the use of cocoa butter equivalents and/or SOS-type cocoa butter improvers is allowed, and the content of such ingredients in chocolate shall not exceed 5%;
3) Stipulate the product standards for chocolate products, such as the cocoa solids in the product shall not be less than 35%, etc.
