For a long time, the corrosion and perforation of crude oil pipelines has become a hidden danger in the production and transportation of crude oil, and the difficulty of pressure relief after perforation affects the timeliness of emergency repairs and plugging, which affects efficiency for the early restoration of normal production and operation
"In the early stage, the engineers and technicians of the oil and gas storage and transportation center analyzed and researched, and the reason is that the crude oil is transported under pressure in a closed state, and the unstabilized crude oil contains dissolved gas.
To this end, the unit is led by the Technical Management Office, and engineers and technicians set up a research team to implement the oilfield’s "winning the battle to increase reserves and increase production efficiency" as the driving force, and to "think what you want to increase production and what you need to do to increase production.
"The specific plan is to install a set of temporary pressure relief pumps, sewage and other devices in the pipeline near the oil depot from the Pucheng Oil Production Plant United Station to Liutun Oil Depot, and to excavate a simulated leakage point in the middle of the pipeline to conduct field experiments
After the transportation is stopped, the conventional pressure relief is simulated first, and then the emergency pressure relief device of the oil pipeline is activated, and the pressure relief pump is used to actively relieve the pressure.
