Well Laojun 4 is an exploratory well deployed by researchers in the Laojun block in the east of Puguang to evaluate the gas-bearing properties of oolitic beaches in the Feixianguan Formation and the organic reefs of the Changxing Formation
.
The well was completed at a depth of 6692.
Researchers conducted research on the physical properties and completion conditions of the reservoirs in different intervals of Well Laojun 4, and determined the gas layers of the first and second members of the Feixianguan Formation to be acidified and put into production
.
The successful gas test of this well strongly confirmed that the platform margin oolitic beach in the northeast of the Laojun structure has the ability to build production, and injected a shot of cardiotonic agent for the full implementation of the next step of the Laojun block production capacity construction plan, which is the goal of stabilizing the production of the Puguang Gas Field.
