Sinopec News Network News Since the first quarter, the Northwest Oilfield’s Yakela Gas Production Plant has taken the intelligent oil and gas station abnormal control system as the starting point to move the safety management gate forward, and realized the hidden danger investigation and management from "after-the-fact management" to monitoring and disposal.
Since the beginning of this year, the plant has adhered to the problem-oriented approach.
In view of the pipeline corrosion problem in the production process, the online thickness monitoring system is used to monitor the corrosion status of important parts; through the gas leakage monitoring equipment such as laser probes and cameras, the methane gas concentration within a distance of 30 meters can be long-term, automatically, and visualized , Long-distance accurate monitoring; through the establishment of 147 monitoring points in the low-voltage power distribution room and adopting the intelligent safe power management system, real-time monitoring including voltage, current, leakage current, power, temperature and alarm information, etc.
At the same time, in view of the situation that equipment failures in the production process cannot be predicted in advance, the system combines historical data to predict the time of serious failures, early warning, and combined with the expert knowledge base to establish a failure handling plan, which improves the operator's handling of equipment abnormalities Ability.
The platform gathers information about single wells, stations and natural gas pipeline networks, including daily, weekly, and monthly production information, as well as single well output and device real-time operating parameters.
In terms of personnel intelligent identification management, the system uses intelligent identification technology to realize dynamic management and control of all personnel entering the production area, promptly detect and stop violations, and provide basic guarantee for on-site management.
In addition, using digital twin technology, 1:1 truly restore the panoramic view of the elegant station, perfectly present the equipment, facilities, buildings, etc.
Up to now, the system has been applied to oil production and gas gathering processing stations.
