The Jiangxi Division Selection Competition was organized by the Management Committee of Xinjiang New District, Yingtan City, Yingtan Bakery Chamber of Commerce, and co-organized by Yingtan Maizishuliu Bakery Institute

Zhu Nianlin, executive director of China Bakery and Confectionery Industry Association, said in her speech that the party and the country have always attached great importance to the training of skilled personnel, and have repeatedly emphasized that vocational skills competitions provide a platform for skilled talents to demonstrate superb skills and learn from each other.

Zhu Nianlin pointed out that in 2017, China National Light Industry Federation and China Bakery Sugar Association jointly awarded Yingtan the title of "Hometown of Peach Cakes in China".

Stepping into a new era and embarking on a new journey, Zhu Nianlin put forward three hopes for the organization of the selection competition in Jiangxi Division and the development of the bakery industry in Jiangxi Province.

During the two-day competition, more than 30 contestants from Jiangxi Province passed the fierce competition in the written test and practical operation.

During her stay in Yingtan, Zhu Nianlin visited Jiangxi Qiwei Food Co.
