    437 of the Ministry of Public Health of Thailand "Hemp seeds, hemp seed oil, hemp seed protein and foods containing hemp seeds, hemp seed oil or hemp seed protein components (No.

    ".
    The regulation removes the maximum limit requirement for CBD in hemp products because CBD is found in extremely low levels in hemp seeds and there are no safety concerns
    .

    438 of the Ministry of Public Health of Thailand "Food containing hemp or hemp ingredients (No.
    2)"
    .
    This regulation is an amendment to
    food standards for direct sale to consumers.
    For example: because the amount of seasoning used in cooking is small, the seasoning contains no more than 0.

    As for other foods, for foods that are not sold directly to consumers or sold only as raw materials, each package contains no more than 1.
